More "Green" (with envy) blowing over Palin

There is a particular nastiness that some folks just can't contain when good people speak. I read one such article at:

My response (though I doubt they will post it):

"If you could pull your head out of that nasty place where you obviously keep it most of the time, and wipe that brown stuff out of your eyes, take a look in a mirror, though your reflection probably won’t be there, you might be shocked to realize you are speaking for the vampires, not the wolves.

You’re just another blood-sucker hiding behind a politically popular cause to make yourself look legitimate so you can smear productive and moral people who are making a positive difference in the world.

The only green you represent is the envy sticking out of every pore in your body.

Shame on you. Have a cup of coffee, smell a rose or two, and see if you can do a little better.

  1. What exactly about that article do you take isue with? It is a fact that Palin is quitting half way through her term for unspecified reasons and it is also a fact that a lot of people, myself included, take issue with her state's lack of any wildlife conservation control.

  2. My answer to the ridiculous post referenced by PopsLarry:
It seems to me that the lines are being drawn between those who believe in decency and good and those that believe in murdering babies and use of four letter words that have to be bleeped out.

If you want to hug a wolf then run right up there to Alaska and do so! You might want to check into why there is a problem there before you do...

See you in the campaign (hopefully..) but you better come up with something better than saving the wolves.

  3. She resigned, for which she gave good reasons. Thank god there is a politician somewhere who isn't willing to hang around on the public dole when they feel they can do a better job elsewhere.

The wildlife issues in Alaska didn't begin when she took office, and they won't go away no matter who sits in the chair after she does. Alaska is half the size of the U.S. and she's been in office for how long?

My biggest problem, however, is with blowhards who launch mean-spirited attacks on individuals personally, for public issues, and then hide behind some "politically correct" montra to appear moral about it.

The person who wrote that blog is obviously a sensationalist who doesn't give a rip about the damage they do with their spouting off, and would cry the loudest if they were the target of the same kind of injustice.

You will notice, I'm sure, that they won't post my response, because they enjoy the smell of their own stuff too much.

Thanks for your response John, good to hear from you. Keep coming back! :-)

  5. Hmmm, must have missed something Perhaps you should re-read the blog you are defending, it's a good example of the "decent and good" as you put it. Sorry pal, guess I mistook you for someone I used to work with. He once told me he would see that there would be blood in the streets if Obama wasn't elected. That guy,a close friend, would have given me a run for my money. Sorry for the mistaken identity, but I do hope you come back too, and give me "what for".
